With spring comes the end of the winter work.

The soils are worked to a minimum.

The smallest plots are even worked on horseback

The last repairs to the trellising are carried out to prepare the plots for the tying of the rods.

It is with the time change that this task begins.

In the second week of March, the parcel “Les Genevrays” (0.1627 ha) pulled out in 2019 located in the commune of Gilly les Cîteaux is replanted.
