Under ideal climatic and vine-health conditions, we harvested from September 4-9.

With joy and in good humor. Lovely and reasonable temperatures (between 12.6°C/ 54.7°F and 12.9°C/ 55.2°F°). An excellent sugar/acid balance, fresh aromatics, and a very satisfactory phenolic maturity…

With the goal being to focus on finesse, elegance, and complexity. Each step (pump-overs, punch-downs) was carefully considered. Pressing was delicate and we took our time settling the must.

Odile joined the domaine. Along with Nathalie and Mathieu, she will work both in the vines and in the cellar. She will also assist Pascal with administrative tasks.
