In the vineyard…

In this month of October, the vineyards are dressed in their most beautiful autumn colours.

As for several weeks and months now, the weather has been rather unfavourable for carrying out certain tasks:

*Spreading the compost, some of which is done by hand.

*Preparing holes to replace dead plants; attempts are being made in the best-drained plots. Impossible to get through the ‘low’ areas.

In the cellar…

The 2023 and 2024 vintages are being monitored.

We also have to continue preparing the latest customer orders.
