Saint-Vincent is a traditional festival celebrated in January. It honours Saint Vincent, the patron saint of winegrowers, and is an opportunity to celebrate wine and the work of winegrowers.

This year, in 2025, the Boigey Frères domain welcomes the Saint.

Although the vineyard is dormant, several important jobs need to be done to prepare the vines for the coming season.

Pruning, which starts again on 2 January.

Pulling the wood, in alternation with the lunar cycles.

Crushing vine shoots to create a natural mulch that enriches the soil with organic matter.

Repairs are continuing.

January was marked by cold weather, with several days of frost, freezing fog and rain.
