The cold and autumn weather are setting in. At the end of autumn, the vines began a vegetative rest period also known as dormancy.
This period of winter rest begins when the leaves fall and the sap flows back down to the base of the vine, leaving it with no apparent vegetative activity.

At the beginning of November, compost is added to all the plots.

A mid-November racking of the Bourgogne, Pourpre and Du Blanc dans les Rouges are done (mass bottling) in preparation for the first bottlings of the 2023 vintage.

The last orders are prepared and collected or dispatched by customers.
