In November, there’s a variety of work to be done, and the autumn work depends on the weather (which is often rainy).

Removing hooks and staples, repairing the trellising, finishing preparing the holes for future grafts.

In the cellar…

It is important to pay attention to the 2022 vintage, which is currently (or at the end of) ageing, and the 2023 vintage, which is at the start of ageing.

Some 2022 vintages have already been bottled.

The last orders for the 2021 vintage have left the cellar.
