In this month of November, the work is diverse and the winter work is starting again.

Removal of the clips and staples that have supported the growing vegetation up to now, repair of the trellising, preparation of the holes for the future transplants are done according to the rhythm of the weather conditions.

At the very end of the month, the first pruning shears are given and the dismantling begins.

In the cellar…

In the The wines (2021 vintage at the end of the maturing process and 2022 vintage at the very beginning of the maturing process) are under surveillance.

Some vintages of the 2021 vintage are being bottled soon.

The last orders of the 2020 vintage have left the cellar.
