In the vineyard…

The harvest, again early this year, ended on September 5th.

With a year marked by drought and heat, the vine was spared from disease.

With the exception of grapes affected by scalding or “figée”, eliminated during the harvest by sorting done in the vineyard, the quality and volumes are there.

At the winery…

Then come the rackings.

In the cellar…

After a period of placing in vats following the pressing, the barreling begins.
At the end of September, the 2022 harvest is all in barrels.
